craypot rice (Yummy)

On Mon, Sayang and Jason come and pick me up for ABC market for craypot rice. My sayang fell sick e nxt day, Poor gal. :)

I just keep seeing China earthquake and it's so poor things. More than 30K people are kill by tis earthquake and it's such an impact for me. May god bless all those who lose their families and home. Hope that they can get over it soon and never agin they shall experience agin.
